1. Client briefing & understanding of the purpose of a contract



2. Using similar contract templates to prepare the first draft



3. Modifying and drafting the contract using template as a base to capture the purpose of the contract.



4. Once the first draft of contract is complete, it is then reviewed by a senior associate or a partner or any authorized lawyer to ensure that the contract captures all the relevant clauses and points as discussed/required by the client, and to ensure that the contract is legally complacent with the local laws of the country, etc.
